2009 news: I've been doing more portfolio work to feed the soul now, in balance to editorial and commercial. You can check them out on my latest submissions, featuring the amazing Indonesian beauties: Aline, Enditha, and coming soon Laura, Marissa, Maria Agnes and Rebecca.

The website is updated now, using the imported layout from Dripbook™ (saves to much time and energy!)

There are next, big, personal projects on April. I'm so excited, but I might have to keep it down low a little before spreading it out Stay tuned to the news later on.

I have two beloved ones in the house! That one up there is Billy, who doesn't like dressing up, I will post a photo of Coco, who LOVES dressing up, as soon as I can get a decent one of him

Thank you for all the emails, notes and responses for the request for new team members. The team is built now with amazing people. For the others, thank you for the interest and hopefully there will be a chance next time.

Got a new apartment -which is still renovated right now, probably still won't finish until the day I leave to Europe-, will share it with my beautiful boy and our future cat, B

What I need:

.Account Executive/Producer/Manager, experienced, fascination in art, fashion and photography. High level of written and spoken English required. Computer literate, negotiating skills, good networking skills, adaptation and improvisation skills required.**

.Lighting assistants (2), basic understanding about flash lighting.**

Heartbreak

_{I miss waking up in my bed. I miss walking around in Hoog Catherijne. I miss Montmartre sous la pluie. I miss the perfect chocolade (het origineel!!) waffle hunting in Antwerp. I even miss swearing at the weather. I miss my home, my family, Utrecht.

What I wouldn't give to go back home right now.

And it's just been two months.

Not that I hate being here, no. I finally get to see my parents again, once a month is still always better than once every few years. I meet a lot of wonderful people, shoot a lot of gorgeous creatures, and yea.

Loan me a smile, and I'll loan you my blanket.

On the lighter note, my other half is coming in a week Life will be good again.

_{NPM is my second selection of work in Europe. 160 pages of black and white, color, published and unpublished work from fall/winter 2007.

[link] to purchase the book, hardcover price is €30,95 (I highly recommend hardcover from softcover in regards to difference in print quality).

This is by far my most personal project. So much blood, sweat and tears shed in the making, and love, a lot of love from amazing people who were and still are always there for me.

Dutch weather hasn't been friendly to me over the past few days, and I've been staying home cursing the cold for the past week. But finally shooting again tomorrow! I'm working on my new portfolio and have crazy-scheduled a lot of shoots. Let's see whether my body will regain its strength back or not; got so spoiled by the warm summer in Asia for 2 months and two days outdoor shoot in Amsterdam last week totally dropped me to the ground, literally and figuratively. But nothing herbal tea and paracetamols can't heal. I didn't mind the one week rest either actually

btw, the new editorials I shot in Indonesia for Herworld and A+ magazine are out this month. Also an interview on TOO Magazine in China ([link]. Check it out guys and maybe someone will be kind enough to scan them for me?
